Wed 1/14/2009 Q1) Please tell us what you thought of our service, Good or Lacking, so we may share with others.          I had Redco out for a major job.  To run a new main water line.  I found their prices reasonable and they came out for the estimate quickly on a Sunday.  I had to wait because of Bluestake so Redco could dig but they emergencied me and the job was completed on time.  I HIGHLY recommend this Company to anyone. My apartment maintence guy didn't know what they were doing and didn't turn off the water before installing a new dishwasher. Long story short my kitchen was flooded, I looked up emergency plumbers on the net and called Redco. Dawn, their secretary, was very kind in my moment of panic. They came to my rescue in 15 minutes. Jim knew what he was doing and was telling me everything I needed to make sure they need to do to get the job done right. Extremely Satisfied Caushllari, K Thank You for your kind comments --------------------------------------------------------------------- Q1) Please tell us what you thought of our service, Good or Lacking, so we may share with others.          We had a bunch of little things that needed attended to.  I called late in the day figuring someone would be out in a day or two, but instead, George came out that very evening, looked at all the work and wrote up an estimate on the spot.  We approved and two days later the work began.  It took a little over a day but there were several jobs to do.  We were greatly surprised and pleased that it was done so quickly, so efficiently and so well.  George is very personable, gave great advice and was very patient with my questions.  He cleaned up beautifully, as well.  A couple days later he returned to check on things and made a couple of minor adjustments.  We all felt completely at ease with George and completely trust him to come and go into our home as needed.  I would recommend RedCo to anyone, anytime and they are on my permanent speed dial!  And we would request George! This required taking sheet rock out, removing the manifolds and replace with new fixtures. He gave me options, and I chose to pick up my own fixtures @ Home Depot. His recommendations were great. By Thursday at 5:00 pm, both fixtures are replaced. Sheet rock was removed so neatly, I can easily replace myself. Both showers are ready to use...and my master will be retiled within a week.
